OMNIVISION plans to issue GDR and listed on the Swiss Exchange

OMNIVISION, a Shanghai-listed semiconductor vendor with market capital of around 160 billion RMB, plan to issue global depositary receipts (Global Depositary Receipts, "GDR") and listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.


OMNIVISION said that the company will use this issuance to further increase investments in innovation and R&D, strengthen its technological leadership and enhance the international market visibility. It is an important approach for the company to deepen the interconnection of China-Europe capital markets and expand global market share.
